As a Salesforce Product Owner in Rabat, you’ll take ownership of the Salesforce roadmap, aligning teams, priorities, and platform capabilities to deliver impactful CRM solutions that drive business success.

What you will do in this role

  • Product Ownership: Define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features.
  • Agile Leadership: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth and efficient development cycles.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Oversee CRM implementation projects, enhancements, and system integrations.
  • User-Centric Approach: Work closely with end-users to understand pain points and deliver user-friendly solutions.
  • Validation & Testing: Coordinate validation campaigns and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and suggest process improvements.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
  • Certifications: At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe frameworks.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience in CRM implementation and optimization.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with SaaS solutions, REST/SOAP APIs, and IT project workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
