What you will do in this role

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Coach teams on Agile and SAFe practices for continuous delivery excellence
• Coordinate CRM projects in a Salesforce ecosystem and drive sprint execution
• Support cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and delivery teams
• Translate user needs into actionable functional requirements
• Participate in validation campaigns and testing cycles
• Ensure strong communication flow across stakeholders and delivery teams

Your qualifications

We embrace bold thinkers and proactive problem-solvers from all backgrounds.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Proven experience with Agile / SAFe practices
• Deep knowledge of CRM ecosystems (Salesfroces)
• Experience in digital transformation or IT projects
• Strong functional understanding of business/user needs (UML, BPMN)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Participation in test & validation campaigns

• Experience working with SaaS solutions
• Background in REST or SOAP API projects

It will be a plus if you:

• Hold a Salesforce or ITIL certification
• Have experience with UML, BPMN, or ITSM tools
