Now, we’re looking for a Technical Consultant to help us shape and scale CRM solutions in a Salesforce ecosystem.

What you will do in this role

As a Technical Consultant, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using APEX and Java
• Support Sales and Service Cloud implementations in CRM projects
• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs to extend platform functionality
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to formalize user needs
• Act as a technical consultant and SaaS solution administrator
• Contribute to functional validation and testing efforts
• Support the full project lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Your qualifications

We’re looking for problem-solvers, innovators, and passionate developers who thrive in cross-functional teams.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• Advanced experience in APEX, Java, and API development
• Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with CRM implementation and digital project delivery
• Understanding of SaaS environments and system administration
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile or SAFe methodologies
